How it works
Four steps, in order. Every chapter runs the same loop every semester. Open a step to see what it asks of you and where to start.
Come hear from real builders. Speaker events with engineers who ship AI for a living. Free, open to anyone, no experience needed. This is the front door.
Join a team project. Zero experience is fine. Groups of five to eight with an upperclassman mentor, kicked off in week five. Three to five hours a week is plenty.
Solve a real sponsor’s problem. Two to six months on a company’s actual problem. Cash, GPUs and publications on the line, even in your first semester.
Get hired from the room. Sponsors watch you build for months, then hire from the team they watched. Every event and project becomes a verified line on a profile they can see.
